One Day Wedding (mid week only). Rate: $3,500.00
Covers:
1. Exclusive use of Rancho Cicada and everything in it for one day.

3. We will try to arrange a weekday for a rehearsal. If no other event is in progress we may allow you to decorate the night before your event.
4. Fire wood provided for a community fire.
5. Use of our classic 1931 7 passenger Stutz for special photo opts.
Weekend Wedding. Rate: $ 6,500.00 (two nights).
A weekend wedding becomes an event for all of your family and friends, a chance for everyone to enjoy time to visit and become involved in your special day.
Covers:
1. Friday check in 2:00 P.M to Sunday check out 5:00 P.M.
2. Lodging for up to 60 people in any of our accommodations (please see web site). This includes infants and children.
3. Exclusive use of Rancho Cicada and everything in it.
4. Fire wood provided for community fire.
5. Use of our classic 1931 7 passenger Stutz for special photo opts.
6. Maximum (overnight) is 60. This includes infants and children.
Holiday Weekend, Rate: $9,000.00 (three nights)
Covers:
1. Check in 2:00 P.M. Check out 5:00 P.M.
2. Lodging for up to 60 people in any of our accommodations (please see web site), this includes infants and children.
3. Exclusive us of Rancho Cicada and everything in it (see FAQ”S).
4. Fire wood provided for community fire.
5. Use of our classic 1931 7 passenger Stutz for special photo opts.
6. Maximum (overnight) is 60. This includes infants and children.
FAQ’S
1. How many people can attend our wedding?
Answer: Up to 200 can attend a wedding at Rancho Cicada.
2. Do you have an indoor area for our wedding?
Answer: No, we are an outdoor retreat. The lawn area along the river is beautiful and offers plenty of shaded areas for your wedding.
3. Will I need to rent anything?
Answer: We have enough matching dishes for a wedding of up to 200 (if you hire our caterers). You will need to rent matching flat ware, table clothes, extra tables, chairs, glassware and linen for your color scheme and tastes for your special event. We recommend “Party Smart” in Jackson; they will deliver to our site.
4. Do you offer catering?
Answer: Yes, our cooks will be happy to prepare your regular meals for a weekend event, please see their menu selection and price guidelines for 2008/2009. Our cooks also have their own catering business and will be happy to speak to you directly for your rehearsal dinner and or wedding meal, just let us know and we will be happy to put you in contact with them. 5. What if I don’t want to use your caterers, may I do my own cooking?
Answer: Yes, you may use our fully equipped commercial kitchen and all of our dishes, glassware and silverware (enough for about 60 people); pots, pans, a commercial refrigerator and freezer will be available. We will require a separate, $ 400.00 cleaning deposit and a $50.00 dump fee. You are responsible for any and all breakage and kitchen/dinning area clean up. The cleaning deposit will be returned before you leave and after we have inspected the kitchen and dinning area, they must be clean and mopped. You will need to supply all of your own oils, spices, condiments, food and lots of heavy-duty 33-gallon trash bags. You must empty the trashcans. We will haul it away.
6. May I use an outside caterer for our wedding meal?
Answer: If after talking to our caterers you still want to hire an outside caterer, you may, however, due to the fact that we do have an exclusive contract with our caterers, you must be aware of the following:
A. We will charge a $500.00 fee. Caterers are not allowed in our kitchen, they may not use our utensils, dishes glassware or silverware. You will need to rent everything for your wedding meal.
B. Caterers MUST visit and inspect our facility and access. They must speak with us personally, at least once prior to your event.
C. Caterers must haul out all generated trash.
7. What about parking?
Answer: We can park about 30 cars at Rancho Cicada. Bruce and Jan, owners of Story Winery (2 miles away) have been kind enough to supply additional parking (try their lovely wines while you wait). Enterprise rentals in Jackson will rent you shuttle vans but not drivers.
8. Can we have a live band?
Answer: Yes, we have power at the “Covered Patio” and at the 900 SQ. FT. dance deck. Someone from the band MUST visit, with us, at least once before your event to discuss power needs, band layout, where to drop off of gear, parking and access. If they don’t do this we may not allow them in.
9. Do you do set up and clean up?
Answer: No. You may do all of your own, speak with your caterer or a wedding planner, or speak to our caterers who may be able to help you for a fee. We will inspect the property before you leave, it must be as clean as when you arrived.
10. Can we decorate?
Answer: Yes, you may decorate, however we believe that the natural beauty of our site speaks for itself, so we request that decorations on the property be discussed with us first.
11. How late may the reception last?
Answer: The formal reception must end by 10:00P.M. For pre-paid, overnight guests, the place is yours; our closest neighbor is two miles away. We are surrounded by 300 acres of federal land.
12. Our facility maximum is 60 people, this includes infants and children. We do not allow personal tent set-ups. All over night guests must sign a waiver (available on our web site as a PDF) before they arrive, you may bring these up with you, or mail them with your final payment.
13. All non-approved vendors, DJ’s, bands, caterers MUST visit us at least once to discuss loading and unloading, set-up, parking, entry and exit. If they do not discuss these things with us personally, they may not be allowed in.
