Rate: $3,858.00 (minimum price).

Covers:

  1. Lodging for up to 30 adults (11 and older), children 10 and younger not charged (within a family group) in any combination of our lodgings, you choose.
  2. Two nights of exclusive use of Rancho Cicada Retreat, 2:00pm Friday, (check in) to 5:00pm, Sunday (check out).

36 guests: (repeat groups)

Rate: $4,494.00 (minimum price).

Covers:

  1. Lodging for up to 36 adults (11 and older), children 10 and younger not charged (within a family group) in any combination of our lodgings, you choose.
  2. Two nights of exclusive use of Rancho Cicada Retreat, 2:00pm Friday, (check in) to 5:00pm, Sunday (check out).

56 guests:

Rate: $6,614.00 (minimum price).

Covers:

  1. Lodging for up to 56 adults (11 and older), children 10 and younger not charged (within a family group) in any combination of our lodgings, you choose.
  2. Two nights of exclusive use of Rancho Cicada Retreat, 2:00pm Friday, (check in) to 5:00pm, Sunday (check out).
  • Firewood will be provided for a community fire every night.
  • Full use of commercial kitchen (fee required) plus $200.00 security deposit.
  • Catering available.
  • Add $53.00 per person per night for additional guests (11 and older). Facility maximum 64.
