We are open for weekend use from May through October, and can accommodate up to 60 people for lodging (more if guests bring their own tents). We have a full commercial kitchen on site which you are welcome to use. We also can arrange to prepare the meals for your group.

Shenandoah Valley wineries, Jackson Rancheria, Kirkwood Ski Resort, Gold rush towns including Drytown, Amador City, Sutter Creek, Jackson, Fiddletown, Volcano, Placerville and others along with all their great restaurants, Historical, Gold country charm, antique shops and plenty of fun local events.

Catering service is available for groups of 20 or more people. Meals are served to groups in the Treehouse Dining Area -- a large covered deck overlooking the river. Six meals are provided on a typical weekend starting with Friday's dinner and ending with lunch on Sunday. Vegetarian meals are offered with prior notice. Our extensive orchard provides lots of fresh fruit of all sorts in season.

We feature a full commercial, gas kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Kitchen is available for weekday use Monday-Thursday only for individual guests. On weekends we offer catering for private groups of 20 or more. Our Treehouse Dining Deck is a fantastic place for shared meals with your family and friends.

8' x 10' tent cabins are located directly next to the river, and include assorted beds and mattress covers on leveled wood platforms.  Tents are available with queen, full and twin beds. Bring bedding or sleeping bags.

Weekends: $106 per night, 2 guests. One guest, $53 per night.
Weedays: $84.80 per night. One guest, $42.40 per night.

8' x 10' all wood cabins located in a beautiful riverside setting. Each cabin includes a deck, electricity, queen beds with bedding and mattress covers. Each cabin can accommodate up to two guests.

Weekends: $127.20 per night, 2 night minimum.
Weekdays: $106.00 per night. Single night rentals available.
